Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act it is hereby announced that BlackRock Inc. has informed DSV that BlackRock Inc. on 8 August 2019, has increased its holding of shares and other financial instruments with similar economic effect in DSV A/S to 18,900,383 shares, corresponding to 10.16% of the entire share capital and voting rights.
