DSV, 780 - MAJOR SHAREHOLDER ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act we hereby announce that:

Ernst Göhner Stiftung has informed DSV on 19 August 2019 that, as a consequence of the successful public exchange offer by DSV A/S for all publicly held registered shares in Panalpina Welttransport (Holding) AG, Ernst Göhner Stiftung now holds 25,883,586 shares in DSV A/S, corresponding to 10.72% of the entire share capital and voting rights.

BlackRock Inc. has informed DSV on 19 August 2019 that, as a consequence of the capital increase in DSV A/S, BlackRock Inc.’ holding of shares and other financial instruments with similar economic effect in DSV A/S of 18,876,738 shares now corresponds to 7.82% of the entire share capital and voting rights.
