The notifications below are all in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(b) and the dealings were in respect of ordinary shares of 11 16/29 pence each in the share capital of Drax Group plc.

On 27 February 2013, share awards were made through the Drax Bonus Matching Plan (the "Plan").

The share interests of the under-noted directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility have changed following each one receiving Matching Awards and Deferred Awards under the Plan.

The awards, made at nil consideration, are conditional awards and vesting is subject to performance conditions established in accordance with the rules of the Plan and measured over a three year period commencing on 1 January 2013.
