Drax announces that Tim Cobbold, a non-executive director, has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive and a Director of De La Rue plc and leaves on 29 March.  Mr Cobbold has been appointed as Chief Executive of UBM plc and he will take up his position and join the Board as an executive director on 6 May 2014.
