ANNOUNCEMENT SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING DOCUMENTATION
Rome, March 29th, 2022
The Company gives notice that today is available to the public, at the Company's Registered Office, on the Company's website (www.dovalue.it), in the Governance section - "Shareholders' Meeting 28 April 2022", as well as at the "eMarket Storage" storage mechanism (), the documentation concerning the following items on the Agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting called on April 28th, 2022:
2. Remuneration policies:
2.3 2022/2024 incentive plan based on financial instruments.
3. Appointment of a Director for integration of the Board
4. Integration of the fees for the year 2021 of the auditing company EY S.p.A., in charge of the statutory audit for the period 2016-2024.
Further documentation relating to the topics submitted for approval by the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available within the terms of the law and in the forms provided.
