REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Dotz Nano Limited (ASX: DTZ) ( “Company” ) hereby requests a voluntary suspension be applied to the Company’s securities and set out below are the details of that request.

Further to the Company’s request for voluntary trading halt on Tuesday, 16 April 2019, the Company is not in a position to make an announcement at this time, and requests a voluntary suspension, pending an announcement on the proposed share placement ( “Capital Raising” ) as referenced in the Company’s trading halt request.

The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the release of an announcement regarding this Capital Raising, which is expected to be Friday, 26 April 2019.

The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why this voluntary suspension should not be granted.
