Doro appoints new CFO

Doro has recruited Annette Borén as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. Annette has long financial experience and during the last three years Annette has worked at Länsförsäkringar as Financial Director. She has a MBA in Economics from Lund University.

"We view the recruitment of Annette very positively. We are in the midst of a strong period of development and Annette's financial experience and competence will be very valuable to us," says Jérôme Arnaud, Doro's CEO.

Prior to Länsförsäkringar Annette also has experience from Skandia, where she was Regional Manager and Atlas Copco, where she worked as a Business Controller. During her five year period at Atlas Copco she held different positions in three different countries and has important international knowledge.

"Doro is in an expanding and very exciting state of change where I believe my experience will become valuable" says Annette Borén.

Annette Borén will assume her new position at Doro on October 15, 2008 at the latest and be a member in Doro's Management Group.
