On August 31, 2016, Donaldson Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of certain business assets from Industrias Partmo, S.A., in Bucaramanga, Colombia, through its new wholly owned subsidiary, Filtros Partmo, S.A.S.
