With the agreement of the Supervisory Board, the Board of Management of DO
& CO Restaurants & Catering AG has resolved on March 9, 2007 to implement a
capital increase with the issue of up to 324,800 new shares at a maximum
offer price of EUR 120 per share, increasing the number of shares from
1,624,000 shares up to 1,948,800 shares, using the authorized capital
adopted in the general meeting of July 10, 2002.
The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has approved the prospectus
for the public offer of DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG on March 9, 2007.
The new shares are issued subject to protection of the legal subscription
right of shareholders in DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG.
