threshold in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft. As of 8 June 2015, Allianz Global
Investors GmbH holds 390,063 voting rights, which corresponds to a stake of
4.003% of the total voting rights in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft. These
voting rights are attributed to Allianz Global Investors GmbH according to
§ 92 Z 5 Austrian Stock Exchange Act.
