Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) regarding the demise of Mr. Rupam Parwate.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we regret to inform you about the sad and untimely demise of Mr. Rupam Parwate, who was serving as the Head: Operational Excellence and Management Systems and was also appointed as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective from November 20, 2023.

Mr. Parwate passed away on December 09, 2024. His contribution to the Company during his tenure was invaluable, and he will be deeply missed by all members of the organization. We express our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones in this difficult time.

The Company will take the necessary steps to ensure continuity of the responsibilities previously handled by Mr. Parwate, and appropriate communication regarding the appointment of a new person in this role will be made in due course.
