DistIT defers interest payment on its Bonds
Reference is made DistIT AB (publ)'s (the "Company", "we" or "us") up to SEK 300,000,000 senior unsecured callable floating rate bonds 2021/2028 with ISIN: SE0015949359 (the "Bonds"). The Company has elected to defer the interest payment falling due on 19 August 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the "Terms and Conditions").
According to the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, the Company may, at its sole discretion, elect to defer interest payments. The Company has decided to defer the interest payment which fell due on 19 August 2025. The Company's intention is currently that the deferred interest payment will be made on the next Interest Payment Date on 19 November 2025, and that future interest payments will be made in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. For further information on the deferral of interest under the Bonds, see the notice of deferral of interest payment which is available on the Company's website, www.distit.se, and which is sent to directly registered holders of the Bonds in the debt register as of 21 August 2025.
