DigitalX Limited (the Company ), the first ASX-listed Bitcoin-related company, provides the following monthly update to shareholders on its funds under management and value of Bitcoin related assets as at the end of May 2021 .

The Company notes inflows of $0.65m (inclusive of DigitalX’s additional investment of $0.4m). Noting the recent period of significant volatility, the Company is pleased to see continued net inflows into the Bitcoin and digital asset funds.

On 21 May 2021, the Company announced that it has resolved to make a further strategic investment of up to A$750,000. DigitalX invested $400,000 at the end of May and intends to invest $350,000 at the end of June.
