Sidi Dhaher Oil Discovery – Ready for Testing

Verus Investments Limited is pleased to lodge the following update prepared by Xstate Resources Ltd - a Chorbane Block and Sidi Dhaher well participant, a copy of which is attached to this announcement.

Highlights:

• Sidi Dhaher exploration well drilled safely and made ready for flow rate testing

• Well data indicates potential 30 metre light oil accumulation in good quality reservoir

• Well to be flow-rate tested as soon as practical

Verus Executive Director Mr. Greg Lee commented that, “ the results from the drilling and logging of the onshore Sidi Dhaher well are very encouraging and have confirmed the prospectivity of the Chorbane Block. Verus will continue to work closely with the operator and other participants with the ongoing evaluation, planning and preparation to further develop the Sidi Dhaher exploration well”.
