DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) is pleased to announce the declaration of an interim dividend of $0.015 per fully paid ordinary share, fully franked in relation to the year ended 30 June 2012.

Details of the dividend are as follows:

Dividend Amount: $0.015 per share Franking: 100% Dividend Type: Interim Ex-div Date: 21 June 2012 Record Date: 27 June 2012 Payment Date: 6 July 2012 Dispatch Date: 6 July 2012 Other Information: $0.015 franked at 30%

Shareholders are advised that the dividend payment will be paid on a compulsory direct credit basis. Contact has been made with shareholders to request bank details and these are to be supplied directly to the Companies share registry, Boardroom Limited.
