Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) today announces the issue and allotment of 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares to Oldco Nominees Pty Ltd as a result of the exercise of options granted to StoneBridge Securities Ltd pursuant to engagement agreement and as disclosed in the Prospectus dated 26 October 2010.
