DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) is pleased to announce the declaration of an final dividend of two cents per fully paid ordinary share, fully franked in relation to the year ended 30 June 2011.

Details of the dividend are as follows:

Dividend Amount: 2.00 cents per share Franking: 100% Dividend Type: Final Ex-div Date: 15 September 2011 Record Date: 21 September 2011 Payment Date: 28 September 2011 Dispatch Date: 28 September 2011 Other Information: 2.00 cents franked at 30%

Shareholders are advised that the dividend payment will be paid on a compulsory direct credit basis. Contact has been made with shareholders to request bank details and these are to be supplied directly to the Companies share registrar, Boardroom Limited.

There is currently no dividend reinvestment scheme in place for the Company.
