AMENDED APPENDIX 3Y’S – MR ANDREW TSANG

The Company lodged change of Director’s Interest Notices for transactions completed by Xiang Rong (Australia) Construction Group Pty Ltd (an indirect interest of Mr Andrew Tsang), on 13 and 20 July 2009. These covered purchases undertaken during the period 7 to 17 July 2009.

Through monitoring processes, the Company has discovered that a transaction on 8 July 2009, involving the purchase of 111,079 ordinary shares in DRX by Xiang Rong (Australia) Construction Group Pty Ltd , was not disclosed in the Appendix 3Y released 13 July 2009.

The Company is acting on this advice immediately by releasing the attached amended Appendix 3Y’s for 13 and 20 July 2009 which note the change in interest overlooked.

The Company liaises with its directors on a regular basis to be assured that all notifiable interests are released to market in a timely manner and that directors remain aware of the Company’s disclosure responsibilities under ASX Listing Rule 3.19B. However, in this particular circumstance, the systems in place did not recognize the missing details until now.
