Audited Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure

Further to the results announcement made on 30 March 2021, a copy of the audited Company's annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (the "2020 Annual Report") has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . The 2020 Annual Report can also now be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com. It is currently planned that the Company's 2021 annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, 19 May 2021. The notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy will be made available to shareholders on or around 16 April 2021.
