Insurance claim

Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, notes the recent public disclosure relating to a claim made in 2014. The claim involved an oilfield worker, who was involved in an accident while working on a drill rig in Schuylkill County, PA.

Dialight extends its sympathies to the family of the individual so tragically impacted.  The Group is one of several parties to have recently reached a negotiated settlement.  The settlement is within the Group's insurance arrangements.
