The Company has received the following notifications in respect of interests in Dialight shares by Norges Bank. All instances related to an acquisition or disposal of voting rights in the Company.

On 21 November 2013 the Company was notified that on 20 November 2013 Norges Bank had an interest in a total of 1,006,678 shares (3.11%). On 9 January 2014 the Company was notified that on 8 January 2013 Norges Bank had an interest of 1,448,420 shares (4.48%). Further notification of an interest in 997,462 shares (3.08%) on 15 January 2014 was received from Norges Bank on 16 January 2014.
