Director change

Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces that Clive Jennings is stepping down as Chief Financial Officer and as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.  The Company will commence a search for a successor in due course.

The board of directors wishes to thank Clive for his contribution to the Group and wishes him well in the future.
