Notification Under Listing Rule 9.6.14(1)

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(1), Dialight announces that Wayne Edmunds, a Non-Executive Director of Dialight, has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of BBA Aviation plc ("BBA") with effect from 1 July 2017, pending the appointment of a permanent successor to the out-going Chief Executive Officer. Wayne has been a non-executive director of BBA since August 2013.
