Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

Dialight plc announces that Kevin Higginson has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. A search for a permanent Group Finance Director is underway.

Kevin has over 25 years of experience in finance roles in UK public companies in the industrial, manufacturing and business services sectors. Kevin was most recently Chief Financial Officer of AEA Technology Group plc, where he served between 2011 and 2012. He has previously been Group Finance Director of Low & Bonar plc (2006 - 2010) and BSS Group plc (2001 - 2006). Between 1987 and 2001 Kevin worked in a variety of roles for Hazelwood Foods plc, including Group Finance Director and Group Chief Executive. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1985.
