Diageo completes sale of Chateau and Estate wine brands and Percy Fox

Diageo today announces that it has completed the sale of its major wine interests, the US based Chateau and Estate Wines and the UK based Percy Fox businesses, to Treasury Wine Estates, as announced on 14 October 2015.
