Senior Management Restructure

DGL Group Limited (ASX: DGL), (DGL, the Group or the Company) advises that, as part of its ongoing integra�on and consolida�on program, it is implemen�ng an organisa�onal restructure to streamline repor�ng lines and further align its opera�ng model with the Group’s integrated na�onal pla�orm.

This restructure represents a key milestone in the Company’s broader program to consolidate mul�ple subsidiaries, systems and opera�ng structures and processes into a unified and efficient business model.

The Group repor�ng lines will be changed so that senior Opera�ng management and key Support services will report directly to the CEO, Simon Henry, instead of repor�ng via the Chief Opera�ng Officer (COO).

The repor�ng line changes announced today are designed to support Group opera�ons by:

• Shortening reporting lines to improve clarity of accountability across integrated operations;

• Accelerating decision-making to enable faster implementation of integration initiatives; and

• Enhancing customer service delivery through closer coordination of manufacturing and logistics functions under direct CEO leadership.

By simplifying our structure and reducing organisa�onal layers, we aim to improve agility, strengthen accountability and enhance service outcomes for our customers while con�nuing to drive efficiencies across the Group.”
