COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with Section 6 of the Danish Statutory Order on Issuers Disclosure Obligations it is required to inform of the total share capital and the total number of voting rights at the end of a month where changes have occurred.

After completion and registration of a share issue on 17 May 2018, as approved by DFDS A/S' general meeting on 14 May 2018, the table below lists the total share capital and the total number of voting rights of DFDS A/S as per 31 May 2018.
