that due to the fact that Vesterhavet Holding A/S has been dissolved by declaration on 22 December 2010 Vesterhavet Holdings’ shares in DFDS A/S has been distributed to Lauritzen Fonden. After this transaction Lauritzen Fonden owns 5,342,665 shares in DFDS A/S each with a nominal value of DKK 100, corresponding to 36% of the share capital and the voting rights in DFDS A/S.
