DFDS A/S – ELECTION OF EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES TO DFDS A/S' BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2018

The result of the direct election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors of DFDS A/S is as follows:

Lars Skjold-Hansen, Captain, FICARIA SEAWAYS, is re-elected and Jesper Hartvig Nielsen, Corporate Port Captain, DFDS A/S, is elected as employee representatives to the Board of Directors.

The following are elected alternates in the order mentioned: Lasse Kreiner, Kent Vildbæk, Jørgen Guldager, Hans Olsen, Jonas Ringsted Jensen, Jan Kierstein Hansen, Poul Woodall, Stig Peter Buhl, Henrik L. Mikkelsen and Kennet Andresen.

Furthermore, the result of the indirect election of group employee representatives is as follows:

Jens O. Knudsen, Captain, CROWN SEAWAYS, is re-elected as group employee representative.

The employee representatives of the Board of Directors have been elected for a period of four years and will join the Board of Directors at DFDS A/S' annual general meeting on 19 March 2018.
