DFDS A/S – ELECTION OF EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The result of the direct election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors of DFDS A/S is as follows:

Lars Skjold-Hansen, Captain, KING SEAWAYS and Kent Vildbæk, Commercial Head, CROWN SEAWAYS are both re-elected as employee representatives to the Board of Directors.

Tony Tranekjer Smidt, Henrik Lemvig Mikkelsen and Jeppe H. Pedersen are elected alternates to the Board of Directors in the order mentioned.

Furthermore, the result of the indirect election of group employee representatives is as follows:

Jens O. Knudsen, Captain, CROWN SEAWAYS, is re-elected as group employee representative, Thomas Mørk is elected alternate and Annette Bjerre Bjerregaard resigns from the Board of Directors.

The employee representatives of the Board of Directors have been elected for a 4 year term and they enter the Board of Directors immediately after the annual general meeting of DFDS A/S on 26 March 2014.
