DFDS A/S – ELECTION OF EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Today the direct election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors of DFDS A/S was held.

Kent Vildbæk, Commercial Head, CROWN SEAWAYS was re-elected and Lars Skjold Hansen, Captain, KING SEAWAYS, was elected. Thus Tony Tranekjer Smidt resigns from the Board of Directors.

Furthermore, the indirect election of group employee representatives was held.

Annette Bjerre Bjerregaard, Forwarder, DFDS Logistics Intermodal A/S og Jens Knudsen, Captain, CROWN SEAWAYS were both re-elected.

The employee representatives of the Board of Directors have been elected for a 1 year term and they enter the Board of Directors immediately after the annual general meeting of DFDS A/S on 22 March 2013.
