PRELIMINARY RESULTS NOTIFICATION

For the year ended 31 December 2012

Devro plc (LSE: DVO) will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on Tuesday 26 February 2013.  There will be an analyst briefing held at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN at 9.30am, accompanied by a live audio webcast of the presentation.
