WITHDRAWAL OF RESOLUTION

Venturex Resources Limited (Venturex or The Company) announces that Resolution 4 in its Notice of Annual General Meeting (NOM) released on 23 October 2020 is being withdrawn and will not be put to its shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Resolution 4 deals with the issue of securities to Mr Anthony Reilly under the employee performance rights plan.

The withdrawal of this item of business does not affect the validity of the proxy form attached to the 2020 NOM or any proxy votes already made.
