CORPORATE UPDATE

MANAGING DIRECTOR TO STEP DOWN

Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR) (Venturex) wishes to advise that Managing Director, Michael Mulroney, has elected to step down from his position in order to pursue other opportunities. It has been mutually agreed Mr. Mulroney will do so at the end of February 2015.

Mr. Mulroney will be paid 3 months’ salary in lieu of notice.

Chairman, Tony Kiernan said, “The Board appreciates Michael’s considerable efforts over the last few years in what has been a challenging environment. I am pleased to advise that Mike will continue to work with the Board in a consulting capacity whilst the Board seeks to appoint a suitably qualified successor. In the interim non-executive director John Nitschke will oversee day-to-day operations.

I wish Michael every success in his future endeavours and he leaves with our best wishes and gratitude”
