TRADING HALT
The securities of Venturex Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 25 May, 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR) requests the securities of the Company be placed in a Trading Halt pending the release of an announcement regarding a potential transaction for the sale of the Pilbara Copper-Zinc Project.
The Trading Halt is to end upon the release of an announcement or prior to commencement of trading on Monday, 25 May 2015.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
