CORPORATE UPDATE

Venturex Resources Limited (ASX: VXR) (Venturex) has implemented a number of corporate changes in response to current market conditions.

These corporate changes are aimed at streamlining the Company’s operations and corporate overhead costs, and include the restructuring of the project development and head office administrative functions following the completion of the feasibility study.

As part of this process, the Company regretfully advises that the fulltime positions of Company Secretary/CFO and Chief Operating Officer have been restructured and will see Ms Liza Carpene and Mr Ian Suckling leave the Company as at the close of business on 5 April 2013.

The Board wishes to acknowledge the considerable contribution made to the Company’s activities and development by both Ms Carpene and Mr Suckling, and wishes them well in their future endeavours.

The Company also advises that it has engaged part time consulting services to provide company secretarial and accounting functions. Effective immediately, Mr Trevor Hart has been appointed as Company Secretary.
