RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Venturex Resources Ltd (ASX Code: VXR) advises that Mr Michael Mulroney has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company to focus on his other business activities.
Mr Mulroney joined the Board of Venturex (formerly Jutt Holdings Limited) in June 2008 and has played a significant role in the Company’s transformation from a junior explorer to a significant copper-zinc developer in the Pilbara.
Mr Tony Kiernan, Chairman, said: “ Mr Mulroney’s contribution to the growth and development of the Company has been invaluable and the Board wish him well in his future endeavours. ”
