TRADING HALT
The securities of Jutt Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 23 April 2008 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Trading Halt
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Jutt Holdings Limited (ASX:JUT), I request the securities of the company be placed in a trading halt pending an announcement about drill results and a capital raising.
As you may notice from recent announcements some shareholders have requested a general meeting of the company. The company is in the process of completing a capital raising. The company requires a trading halt to enable it to complete the details (including receiving legal advice) for the capital raising in the light of the requested meeting.
We expect to announce the details of the capital raising by the commencement of trade on Wednesday 23 April 2008.
Neither the Board nor I are aware of any reason that the trading halt should not be granted.
