SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of Jutt Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately following the Company’s announcement of its decision to withdraw the Prospectus dated 3 September 2008 for the non-renounceable entitlements issue and to undertake a new non-renounceable entitlements issue on varied terms and with a revised record date.

The securities of the Company will recommence trading on a “cum” entitlement basis on a date to be advised by ASX.
