1:3 NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE
Please find attached a Prospectus relating to a 1:3 non-renounceable entitlement issue to raise approximately $1.38 million.
The funds raised from this issue will be used to increase Jutt Holdings’ equity in the LibertyIndee Project to 90%, undertake further drilling and provide additional working capital. As a result of recent field mapping, drilling and geophysical and geochemical surveys at LibertyIndee, the Company has established an excellent understanding of the distribution and controls of volcanic-associated massive sulphide (VMS) mineralisation. The next phase of drilling will test a number of shallow targets within a stratigraphic corridor over 12 kilometres in length, as well as test direct depth extensions of the Evelyn Prospect where the Company has previously reported results of up to 19m @ 2.6% copper and 5.1% zinc.
