Completion of Entitlement Issue and Allotment of Securities
The Directors of Jutt Holdings Limited (ASX Code: JUT) are pleased to announce the allotment and issue of 34,784,237 listed options to members and underwriter pursuant to its 4:5 Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue prospectus dated 1st August 2007.
The Issue has raised $347,842 before costs.
The allotment of these listed options completed on 10[th] September 2007 and the securities have been allocated into the issuer-sponsored sub-register.
Following this allotment, the Company now has a total of 43,880,297 ordinary shares, 2,257,148 unlisted options and 34,784,237 listed options on issue.
A statement setting out the top 20 largest listed option holders and percentages held and a distribution schedule setting out the number of holders in each category per item 36 of the Appendix 3B are attached.
