Deutsche Wohnen AG: Deconsolidation from Deutsche Bank Group about to happen

The deconsolidation is intended to take place by entering of the cancellation of the domination agreement in the commercial register, this up to June 30, 2006. Based on this new situation Deutsche Wohnen AG aims to improve its positioning on the German residential market and to increase its Net Asset Value by acquisitions of residential property portfolios.
