(Sky Chefs), Arlington, Texas, frueher als bisher geplant zum 1. Juni 2001 vollstaendig zu uebernehmen. Der Wert der Transaktion wird voraussichtlich rund eine Milliarde US-Dollar betragen. Damit wird die Voraussetzung fuer eine schnelle Integration beider Unternehmen geschaffen. (Sky Chefs), Arlington, Texas, earlier than planned on June 1, 2001. The value of the transaction is estimated to be about 1 billion US dollars. This paves the way for a fast integration of the two companies.
