This is further to our letter dated 02nd January, 2020 informing you that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('NCLT'), has vide its Order dated 27th December, 2019 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Arrow Textiles Limited ("First Transferor Company") and MMG India Private Limited ("Second Transferor Company") with Delta Magnets Limited ("Transferee Company") and their respective shareholders ("the Scheme).
We wish to inform you that Delta Magnets Limited, Arrow Textiles Limited (NSE Symbol : ARROWTEX; BSE Scrip code 533068) and MMG India Private Limited have today i.e. on 20U' January, 2020, filed e-form No. INC - 28 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai along with the Certified True Copy of the Order. Pursuant to the said filings, the Scheme has become effective from 20th January, 2020 with the appointed date of 0151 October, 2018.
