Delta&Drone&announces&its&acquisition&on&29&December&2017 of&all&the&shares&in its&subsidiary&Delta& Drone& Africa,& in& which& it& has& previously& held& 50.1%& of& the& shares. The& purchase& of& the& remaining& shares&was&paid&for&in&Delta&Drone shares,&issued&to&Australe&Représentation,&which&was&the&original& shareholder&of Delta&Drone&Africa.

The&Group's&presence&in&southern&Africa&is&now&represented&by&a&head&company&and&two&operating& companies&as&follows:

• I Delta&Drone&South&Africa&is&responsible&for&coordinating&the&subsidiaries'&activities&within&the& area;
• I Rocketmine&is&in&charge&of&development&in&the&mining&sector;
• I Delta& Drone& Africa is& responsible& for developing& the& Group's& other& target& sectors,& in& particular,&agriculture,&industrial&inspections&and&safety&& security.

Delta& Drone& South& Africa& is& now& led& by& Chris& Clark,& General& Manager,& who& will& also& remain& responsible&for Rocketmine&and&worldwide&brand&development&in&the&mining&sector.&Vincent&Cadène,& who&is&in&charge&of&Delta&Drone's&international&development&and&the&coordinator&of&the&partnership& with&Bureau&Veritas&Afrique,&has&been&appointed&to&Delta&Drone&South&Africa's&Board&of&Directors.
