SIA ExpressCredit elects Council of the Company

According to the bond issue prospectus, SIA ExpressCredit has elected and registered Council of the Company in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia.

Edgars Turlajs has been elected as the Chairman of the Council, Uldis Judinskis as deputy Chairman of the Council and Ramona Tiltiņa will be member of the Council.

Council is elected as of 27.06.2014.
