D Shareholders' Meeting met today and resolved to appoint the new Board of Directors of the Company which will remain in office for the three-year - 2028.
The Board of Directors is composed as follows: (Chairman), Dino Abate, Stefania Bariatti, Stefania Boroli, Camillo Candia, Andrea Casarotti, Gaetano Casertano, Silvia Rachela.
The Shareholders' Meeting also appointed the new Board of Statutory Auditors which will be in office for the three- 2026-2028 composed by: Guido Sazbon (Chairman), Luciana Sara Rovelli (Permanent Auditor), Annalisa Donesana (Permanent Auditor), Marco Sguazzini Viscontini (Deputy Auditor), Cristina Gaviani (Deputy Auditor).
