This is to inform that Mr. Nasser Munjee (DIN 00010180), Non-Executive Part Time Chairman of the Bank, has retired as Director and the Non-Executive Part Time Chairman of the Bank at the end of business hours on August 18, 2021 on completion of the tenure approved by the Reserve Bank of India.

As the Chairman of the Bank since August 19, 2005, Mr. Munjee has provided outstanding leadership and contributed significantly in the growth of the Bank with his extensive knowledge of banking and economy. His belief in culture, values, integrity, compliance, governance and in providing neighbourhood banking will continue to guide the Bank for years to come.
