On October 26, 2017, Dawson Geophysical Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to publicly release its preliminary and unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, the Company’s third quarter of fiscal 2017, before the market opens on Thursday, November 2, 2017. In addition, the Company announced that an investors’ conference call to review the third quarter results will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
