Sub.: Intimation of 37[th] Annual General Meeting and Record Date

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the 37[th] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 11:30 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”).

The Company has fixed Thursday, September 11, 2025 as the “Record Date” for determining Members eligible to receive final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

If the dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to tax deducted at source (“TDS”), will be as under:

• a) In respect of shares held in dematerialized mode, the dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners as at close of business hours on September 11, 2025 as per details furnished by the Depositories for this purpose; and

• b) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical mode after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company / Company’s Registrar & Share Transfer Agents as at close of business hours on September 11, 2025.
